The jurisdiction library now holds official forms, filing deadlines, assessment ratios and evidence requirements for 31 counties and cities, from Cook County and Harris County to Fairfax County and Hennepin County. Each jurisdiction has a process guide and a verification date, and the research team re-verifies every record each assessment cycle.

ATALI ELECTRIC publishes the 2026 Commercial Property Tax and Assessment Benchmark Report

The report brings together published benchmarks from IPT, IAAO and BOMA with ATALI ELECTRIC customer results: evidence preparation falling from 16 hours to 20 minutes per parcel, first-round win rates rising from 58% to 79%, and an average assessment reduction of 14.2%. It also covers how lagging mass appraisal models over-assess commercial property during market shifts.

ATALI ELECTRIC completes its SOC 2 Type II examination

An independent auditor has issued ATALI ELECTRIC's SOC 2 Type II report, and customers can request it under a confidentiality agreement from security@atalielectric.com. The platform encrypts customer data with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, isolates each tenant's rent rolls and operating statements, and never uses customer property financials to train AI models.

ATALI ELECTRIC launches 12 integrations for rent rolls, market data, documents and sign-in

Connectors now bring rent rolls and operating statements in from Yardi Voyager, MRI, RealPage, AppFolio and Entrata, load ARGUS Enterprise and Excel models, and use licensed CoStar and ATTOM accounts for market and parcel data. DocuSign and SharePoint handle signatures and document storage, and Okta provides single sign-on. Each connector works with the customer's own licensed account.

Equity Uniformity matrix and Sales Comps are released

Equity Uniformity builds equal-and-uniform comparables for Texas under Tax Code §41.43(b)(3) and §42.26(a) and for Illinois under its uniformity clause, and reports the median adjusted assessed value per square foot. Sales Comps adds an adjusted grid built from verified arms-length commercial sales, with adjustments for size, age, condition, location, parking ratio and market conditions.

Petition Generator and Deadline Tracker launch for seven major jurisdictions

Petition Generator fills the official forms and assembles a 20-page hearing-ready evidence binder for Cook County, Harris County, Dallas County, Los Angeles County, Maricopa County, Fulton County and Miami-Dade County. Deadline Tracker follows each jurisdiction's statutory filing window, which typically runs 30 to 45 days, along with hearing dates, settlement offers and board determinations.

Assessment Audit and Income Valuation open to the first customers

Assessment Audit reads county assessment notices with OCR, pulls parcel characteristics and benchmarks the assessed value against sales and peer assessments to produce an over-assessment score. Income Valuation normalizes profit and loss statements and rent rolls, applies market vacancy and reserves, and capitalizes net operating income at submarket cap rates, including loaded rates. The first customers were tax consultants in Texas and Illinois.

ATALI ELECTRIC is founded to bring evidence automation to commercial property tax appeals

Ashutosh Kumar founded ATALI ELECTRIC in Faridabad, Haryana, and opened the company's engineering office there. The company builds software for US commercial property owners, tax consultants and asset managers, who spend 12 to 25 billable hours per parcel assembling evidence by hand according to the IPT Practice Survey.
