Last updated August 15, 2026 · ATALI ELECTRIC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
ATALI ELECTRIC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED wants atalielectric.com and the ATALI ELECTRIC web application to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification. 1.Conformance status
Our marketing site and web application conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with the exceptions listed under known limitations. We review accessibility before each release and audit the full site once a year. A defect that blocks a core task, such as signing in, uploading a notice or generating a packet, is treated as a release blocker, and product, design and engineering share ownership of fixing it.
2.Scope
This statement covers the marketing site, the resource library (county database, appeal guides, blog and glossary), the free assessment check and savings calculator, the interactive demo and the signed-in web application. WCAG 2.1 Level AA includes every Level A and AA criterion of WCAG 2.0, which is the standard that Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act references.
3.What we do
Our design and engineering standards include:
- semantic HTML with landmarks and a logical heading order, so assistive technology can move through each page;
- full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element;
- text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, and 3 to 1 for large text and interface components;
- text alternatives for images, and data tables behind every chart;
- labeled form fields with error messages that say what went wrong and how to fix it;
- layouts that reflow at 320 CSS pixels wide and zoom to 200% without losing content; and
- motion that respects the reduced-motion setting, with no content that flashes more than three times a second.
4.How we test
Automated accessibility checks run on every code change. Our engineers and designers also walk through each new feature using only a keyboard, and we test key workflows with the NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver screen readers. We act on feedback from customers and visitors who use assistive technology.
5.Known limitations
We are working on the following items.
- County forms and board documents. Petitions are populated on the county's official PDF forms. Where the county's original has no tags or reading order, the filled form inherits that gap. We provide the evidence summary alongside it in an accessible format.
- Third-party components. The Stripe payment form and the Intercom messenger are provided by those companies and may not meet every success criterion. If either blocks you, contact us and we will complete the task with you.
- Wide data tables. Comparison grids and the county database scroll horizontally on narrow screens. They remain reachable and readable by keyboard and screen reader.
- Generated binders. Our evidence binders include a table of contents, bookmarks and a set document language, and we are extending full PDF tagging to every exhibit type.
6.Alternative formats and help
If you cannot use part of the site or an evidence packet, tell us and we will provide the content in another format, such as an accessible document, or walk you through the task by phone. Email support@atalielectric.com or call +91-129-4123-8826 or 1800-419-8826.
7.Feedback and response times
To report a barrier, email support@atalielectric.com with the page address, what happened and the assistive technology you used. We acknowledge reports within two business days and aim to send a fix plan within ten business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, write to legal@atalielectric.com and we will escalate it.
8.Technical specifications
The site and application rely on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript to work with the browsers and assistive technologies we support. This statement applies to atalielectric.com and the ATALI ELECTRIC web application. We last reviewed it in August 2026.
