The ATALI ELECTRIC submarket index is the median assessed value per square foot for commercial parcels of the same property type in the county, refreshed when each roll is certified. It is a screening benchmark, not an appraisal.
Does a High rating mean I will win?
No rating guarantees an outcome. High means the assessment sits 12% or more above the submarket median, which is usually worth building full income, sales and uniformity evidence for.
