Cookie Policy

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, to remember settings. Some are set by us (first-party) and some by vendors who provide a feature on our behalf (third-party).

2.How we use them

We group our cookies into three categories.

• Strictly necessary: keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery, remember your cookie choices, block automated traffic and prevent payment fraud. The site and application cannot work without them.
• Functional: remember interface choices and keep a support chat session going.
• Analytics: tell us how visitors use the site and where demo requests come from.

3.Third-party cookies

Cloudflare, Stripe and Intercom set their own cookies and handle the data under their own privacy policies. Each acts as our subprocessor and is listed at /subprocessors, and each is bound by contract to use the data only to provide its service to us.

4.Local storage

The web application also keeps unsent form drafts and table settings in your browser's local storage so that a page refresh does not lose your work. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you sign out. You can remove it at any time through your browser's site data controls.

5.No advertising cookies

We do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

6.First-party analytics

Our analytics run on our own infrastructure. They record page views and events such as a completed assessment check, a completed savings calculation, a viewed county guide, a demo request and a sample packet download. They do not record the parcel numbers or financial figures you enter into our tools, and they never capture rent rolls, lease amounts, operating statements or tax identification numbers.

7.Managing your choices

Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Functional and analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, which stores your choice in the pta_consent cookie. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing that cookie in your browser or by emailing privacy@atalielectric.com.

We treat the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to decline analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and checkout from working.

8.Cookies we use

The table below lists each cookie, who sets it, what it does and how long it lasts. Stripe cookies load only on billing and checkout pages, and Intercom cookies load only when you open the support messenger.
