Owners and consulting firms on Microsoft 365 often keep each property's notices, statements, leases and prior appeal files in a SharePoint document library. ATALI ELECTRIC connects to SharePoint Online through Microsoft Graph, the documented Microsoft 365 API, so files move between the library and the parcel without anyone downloading and re-uploading them. ATALI ELECTRIC holds no Microsoft partnership; the connection is an app registration your Microsoft 365 administrator approves.
Access is granted by a tenant administrator through Microsoft Entra ID admin consent. With the Sites.Selected permission, the administrator can limit ATALI ELECTRIC to the specific sites that hold property files rather than every site in the tenant. ATALI ELECTRIC watches the chosen folders for new notices and statements, sends them through OCR and mapping, and writes approved evidence binders and workbooks back to the property's folder with the tax year in the file name.

Set up in 5 steps
- 1A Microsoft 365 administrator grants admin consent to the ATALI ELECTRIC app in Microsoft Entra ID.
- 2Grant the app access to the specific SharePoint sites that hold property files (Sites.Selected).
- 3In ATALI ELECTRIC, choose the document library and map folders to portfolios or parcels.
- 4Select which folders are watched for notices and statements, and where approved binders are written.
